Awards for Winners and Finalists in all divisions. A portion of the proceeds used for tennis court maintenance. Current Five Cities Tennis Association members are entitled to a 50% entry fee discount per event. Please bring one can of new balls to each match. Divisions are subject to combining. USTA rules will govern play. All matches are Best of 2 with a 10 Point Deciding Match Tie-Break in lieu of a third set. Teams must play in the class of the higher-ranking player.
Check-in will be at the Theis/Keisler Courts in the Soto Sports Complex 30 minutes prior to match.

It is expressly understood and agreed, that all use of the City of Arroyo Grande, the City of Grover Beach and the Five Cities Tennis Association‘s facilities and equipment shall be undertaken by participants at their own risk; and the City of Arroyo Grande, the City of Grover Beach and the Five Cities Tennis Association and its committees or agents and their successors and assigns of any event in which I may be entered or may participate, shall not be subject to any claim, demand, or for any loss, damage, injury, or death caused to or by any participant, their families or guests from any cause whatsoever. Every participant, for himself/herself, and on behalf of his/her spouse, children, guests, executors, administrators, successors and assigns does hereby expressly forever release and discharge the City of Arroyo Grande, the City of Grover Beach and the Five Cities Tennis Association and it’s agents from all such claims, demands, injuries, damages, rights or causes of action. It is specifically agreed, that the City of Arroyo Grande , the City of Grover Beach and the Five Cities Tennis Association and its agents shall not be responsible or liable to participants or their guests for articles lost or stolen at the City of Arroyo Grande , The City of Grover Beach and the Five Cities Tennis Association facilities. The City of Arroyo Grande , The City of Grover Beach and the Five Cities Tennis Association and its agents shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage to any other property of participants or their guests, including automobiles and their contents. In case of an accident arising out of the named activity, medical assistance may be administered to the person named herein. Registration form will act as medical release. If participant is under 18, parent or guardian must sign release.
